Three Systems Wellbeing C.I.C.

Bespoke Psychological Support for the Workplace

At the heart of our work is an understanding of the profound benefits of connection between each other, our wider community and nature. We bring different approaches to improving workplace wellbeing, with particular interest in supporting people within our community who work with the most vulnerable and marginalised groups.

We bring our skills and decades of experience of supporting patients and staff in the NHS to a wider group of organisations who otherwise might not access such support. We are able to draw on evidence based practice and a wealth of clinical experience to develop flexible, bespoke approaches to meet the needs of staff. We are passionate about sustaining those people who support communities affected by challenges such as marginalisation and trauma.

We provide high quality, psychologically informed and evidence-based approaches to voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) workforce which aim to:

  • Reduce and avoid burnout
  • Optimise workforce wellbeing and emotional health
  • Teach skills that can enhance engagement with others, and the quality of support provided
  • Boost team functioning
  • Enhance sustainable positive workplace culture
  • Improve staff retention
  • Reduce the emotional impact of stressful work and workplaces

Our Mission

We are dedicated to supporting the wellbeing of staff in the voluntary, community, and social enterprise sector. We believe in a trauma-informed approach that respects the experiences of marginalized groups and promotes healing through various therapeutic practices.
