
Mindfulness-based practice
We offer and teach mindfulness practices as a key element in our workplace support. Many people will recognise how difficult it can be at times to free our attention from what has been going on, or from what lies ahead.
Mindfulness is widely used in the UK workplace as a form of staff support, addressing high levels of stress and burnout. Learning to spend a little time in the relative quiet of the present moment can be a valuable asset in a stressful day. The practice has good evidence in being effective in reducing rumination and anxiety. Many UK organisations, including NHS trusts, offer mindfulness training, meditation spaces, and access to apps as part of their employee wellbeing programmes.
