We are clinical psychologists, CBT therapists and a systemic family therapist, with additional training in EMDR, compassion and mindfulness teaching. Between us we have decades of experience working in NHS mental and physical health services, University settings and local communities.
We want to bring our skills and experiences supporting patients and staff to a wide range of organisations who may have limited access to such advice and assistance. We draw on evidence based, trauma informed practice and deep clinical experience to offering flexible, bespoke approaches to meet a wide variety of needs.
